  Gather your original sales receipt or order confirmation email to verify your transaction and facilitate a faster processing time.

  Visit a Center

  Bring the item and proof of purchase to any European Wax Center location, where our Guest Service Associates will assist you with the return.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, or you may choose to exchange the item for another product.
